Facilities: Toilets, refreshments (Saturday & Sunday), Saturday night BBQ, water, camping, corralling. NO STABLING AT THE VENUE.
Camping £5 and corralling £10 for the duration of your stay. PLEASE PAY WITH YOUR ENTRY!
There will be a BBQ in the marquee on the Saturday night, bring your own food and drink, we will supply the barbies.
ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD WHILST AT THE VENUE! 
Ride description: Beautiful scenery across the Vale of York and the North York Moors. The terrain consists of a mixture of grassy bridleways, some farm tracks and good fast going over the upland turf of the Hambleton Hills, a short section of forestry, small amounts of roadwrok on quiet country lanes.
Directions to the venue:
A1 South & North Bound: Exit the A1 at junction 49, taking the A168 towards Thirsk. Exit the A168, taking the SECOND Thirsk turn off.
Direct route up Sutton Bank: ONLY RECOMMENDED FOR POWERFUL 4 WHEEL DRIVE, 1 IN 4 HILL WITH HAIR PIN BEND. 
Having left the A168 take the first exit off the roundabout into Thirsk, at the next roundabout take the A170 towards Scarborough. Drive through the village of Sutton under Whitestonecliffe and proceed up Sutton Bank. At the top of the bank continue around the right hand bend, with the visitor centre to your left. Take the first junction on your left, signposted "Hawnby, Cold Kirby, Old Byland".
From here follow the lane for 1/2mile until you reach the T-junction at Dialstone Farm, turn left towards Hawnby passing the telecommunications mast on your right. After about 1 mile, turn right onto Wethercote Lane towards Old Byland. The venue will be visible on your left.
Caravan route avoiding Sutton Bank:
Having left the A168 take the third exit off the roundabout and follow the A19 towards York. After about 3 miles turn left onto caravan route at "Great Thirkleby, Coxwold" junction. Follow this road through Coxwold, Byland Abbey and Ampleforth. Continue along this road until you meet the B1257, take a left turn towards Helmsley. Drive through Sproxton village and when you meet the A170 turn left towards Thirsk. After about 7 miles you will reach Sutton Bank visitor's centre, take right hand junction, signposted "Hawnby, Cold Kirby, Old Byland".
